Vendor Registration


Dear Vendors,

Thank you for your interest in participating in the 44th Annual Fall Meeting of the Texas Branch American Society for Microbiology. We are planning an exciting meeting that covers a broad area of clinical microbiology, immunology, molecular biology, environmental microbiology, biochemistry, and education. We welcome you to join us and interact with the faculty, students and scientists from dozens of Texas academic and research institutions.

Please read the following exhibit information and register using the online form. Table cost to each vendor is $100, and this will include your lunch and dinner on Friday.

Set Up
Please set up between 9-11. The official exhibit time is between 11:30-2:30, concurrent with lunch and the poster sessions. Tables will be centrally located in the Baylor Sciences Building Atrium. Please let us know if you need access to an electrical outlet or other special situations.

Visit the Vendor Award
We would like to encourage our participants to visit your tables, so we will have a few "Visit the Vendor Awards". Please consider donating an award item to be announced at the Awards Ceremony on Friday night. Each registrant will be given a card to have stamped and those with 10 or more vendors will be entered into a raffle. **Other ideas are welcome!

Would you like to receive an extra advertisement in our Program by sponsoring a meal or Coffee Break? If so, please register for this on the online registration page and we will contact you for more information

Advertisement
If you would like to donate bags, pencils, pads, or whatever, we will be glad to place them with your advertisement in the registrants' bags if they are delivered before October 1, 2012. We are expecting around 200 registrants.
