The Office of Academic Integrity and Judicial Affairs provide limited complimentary notary services to current students, faculty and staff when possible.


Please note that due to the primary work requirements of the staff, lengthy or complicated documents, such as home loans, wills, living wills, power of attorney, Do Not Resuscitate orders, other documents with a self-proving affidavit, or recurring business documents will not be notarized.

The service is available Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 12 noon and 1 p.m. - 5 p.m. There is no need to make an appointment, but you will need to have your Baylor ID and your driver's license with you in order to have your documents notarized. The offices are located in suite 270 in the Clifton Robinson Tower.
