In order to determine the scope and scale of your proposed event and how our team can best work with you, it is important that you complete our Event Proposal form below. Please elaborate whenever possible and submit all of the requested information.
SUBMISSION TIME: For all events, it is recommended that you submit your proposal as far in advance as possible. For large-scale, multi-faceted events, we ask that you submit a proposal three to six months prior to your proposed event date. For venue booking and A/V services, please submit the Event Proposal one to two months prior to your proposed event date.
RESPONSE TIME: We typically receive approximately 40 event proposals per week. Once we receive your proposal, a staff member will contact you within two business days to further discuss your event.
