The BES department at Baylor University provides a nationally certified One Stop Shop for all of Baylor University's summer program needs.
The BES summer programs staff work with over 60 summer camps and conferences for youth and adults each year during June and July. Groups range in size from 30 to 2000 in program areas focusing in athletics, leadership, academic study/research, and Christian worship.
The experienced staff will work with you to arrange all areas of your logistical summer program from food, housing and recreation facilities to releases forms, insurance, background checks, admissions presentations and much more. All points of contact will be centered around the BES department allowing you the opportunity to arrange a multi-day or week camp by working with as few as two people.
So whether you are a summer program looking to return to campus or you are just interested in discovering more about what Baylor University may be able to offer you please contact the BES summer programs staff for additional information.
ALERT: Facility Renovations are NOT known at this time and some residence halls and other spaces may or may not be available in summer 2013.
Please be aware a request for space on campus and the submission of a CAP does not guarantee your reservation of dates or space on campus, all CAP's will be reviewed and program director's will be contacted with more information.
The BES Summer Program staff look forward to the possibility of working with you!
