From the invitation and pageantry to the messaging and programming, cohesive communication is key to a successful event. When you partner with us to plan your event, your event manager will involve the communications and design staff to assess the purpose and strategy of your event communications materials and make recommendations according to best practices and proven effectiveness.

Baylor University constituent information is managed through the centralized BANNER database. To procure a guest list for your event, please contact University Development using their secure online form.

For Retirement Receptions: We recommend using your department's Outlook distribution list supplemented by guest contact information provided by your honoree.

NOTE: Our team only produces communications and design materials for events that are managed by our department. For all other event communications materials, please refer to the self-help tools and guidelines below.

Baylor events are an extension of the Baylor University brand. In order to maintain the institutional brand, our team adheres to the university's brand standards.

Our event communications team works directly with vendors to produce the communications and design pieces we create. For collateral for events not managed through our team, we encourage you to work directly with printing procurement on your communications and design needs.

If you require an invitation for your event and the department of Institutional Events is not managing the event, you may use the templates provide as Word documents here. When creating your invitation materials, please make sure to reference the university's brand standards.
