At the time of admission, new transfer students will be considered for one of Baylor's transfer scholarship awards.

• Transfer Baylor Scholarship recipients will receive only the highest level of scholarship for which they qualify.
• Renewal of these scholarships each year is contingent upon maintaining a cumulative Baylor grade point average of at least 3.0.
• These merit awards require full-time enrollment each academic year and are not available for the summer term.
• Need-based scholarship consideration is based on documented need as determined through the information provided on the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and availability of funding.

The calculator will take either your semester grades or your final (yearly) course grades, just be sure to be consistent. You must include all 9th, 10th, and 11th year grades (do not include 8th grade). If your transcript includes your 12th year grades, please also include those in the calculator. Honors: Count the total number of Honors, AP, or IB classes you have taken. Baylor calculates only the number of courses completed, not semesters in courses. For example: if you took H English III for two semesters, you would count that as one honors course. Baylor does not calculate the following as Honors Courses: Pre-AP, dual credit, or advanced. At the time of admission, new freshmen will be considered for one of Baylor's scholarship awards. If the application for admission is received after February 1, 2012, scholarship consideration may be based on available funding.

• Merit scholarship recipients must meet all university requirements for non-provisional admission.
• Students may take the SAT or ACT more than once for consideration as long as the test is completed prior to the first day of class at Baylor University.
• Regents' Gold Scholarship recipients are not eligible for President's, Provost's, and Deans' Gold Scholarships. Recipients of the Regents' Gold Scholarship are expected to maintain a 3.5 cumulative Baylor grade point average for renewal in subsequent years.
• President's Gold Scholarship, Provost's Gold Scholarship, and Deans' Gold Scholarship recipients will receive only the highest level of scholarship for which they qualify. Recipients of these academic merit awards are expected to maintain a 3.0 cumulative Baylor grade point average for renewal in subsequent years.
