Department of Museum Studies

The Department of Museum Studies at Baylor University prepares students for successful museum careers, emphasizing administration, curatorship, collections management, exhibits, and education, through guided instruction, research, and practical application.

Baylor offers one of the few undergraduate degree programs in Museum Studies in the United States. The unique resources of the Mayborn Museum Complex and a low student/faculty ratio ensure that students in the department are thoroughly trained.
