Memorial Hall is a tightly-knit, academically focused community of women involved in the Honors Residential College at Baylor.

Waco Hall is a 2,250 seat multipurpose theater with balcony seating, stage, orchestra pit and box office.

Brooks Residential College is modeled on years of successful and traditional living learning programs such as those found at Oxford, Cambridge, Harvard and Yale. As the first and oldest residential college on Baylor’s campus, Brooks is an established, engaging and vibrant community with a trans-disciplinary focus, open to all academic majors and classifications.

Pastoral Care is a ministry of compassion and guidance offered by someone trained in matters of faith and the soul. Given the many challenges faced in a university setting, students, staff, and faculty can benefit by speaking with a minister from time to time. Questions need asking. Directions need discerning. Wounds need healing. Our chaplains at the Spiritual Life Center and in our residence halls are available to offer the care and guidance you need.

The Baylor Sacred Harp sing is held the Saturday before the second Sunday in February each year in the Great Hall of Truett Theological Seminary on the Baylor University campus. Sacred Harp singing is so named after the shape-note tunebook Sacred Harp, first published by B. F. White and E. J. King in 1844.

The Department of Student Activities encompasses Campus Programs, Greek Life, Student Organizations, Spirit & Traditions, Waco Hall and the Baylor Student Union, otherwise known as the Bill Daniel Student Center. Each component works closely with the other towards a singular goal: to enhance and expand the university experience for Baylor students.

Baylor’s Summer of Discovery brings an innovative collection of course bundles to students in an online environment. Courses are discounted from regular tuition, and students receive greater discounts as the number of classes taken increases. Classes will be taught by Baylor faculty in the supportive Christian environment that is a hallmark of a Baylor education. Students will learn alongside their peers and also have the assurance that these classes will support most degree plans and majors.

The 2017-18 Baylor Faculty Senate met for the first time this year at a half-day retreat held in great hall of Truett Seminary.
