Baylor President and Chancellor Ken Starr announced that former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani will be the guest speaker for the Fall 2015 On Topic, which will take place Sept. 23 in Waco Hall. Giuliani is a noted speaker and author and former. Tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis beginning Sept. 8 at 10 a.m. at the Bill Daniel Student Center Ticket Office.
