8. Days and Times Required: Mornings (9am-1pm) Tues, Wed and/or Thurs; 9am-3pm Sat
9. Position Description: Provide customer service (loading, making selections, measuring, etc). Assist with donation pick-ups. Load and unload customer vehicles. Organize and maintain store inventory. Work with staff on merchandise pricing. Assist customers with measuring materials. Assist customers with locating materials in the store. Need good verbal skills, organizational skills, human relation skills, basic math skills. Bi-lingual is preferred. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Spend extended time on your feet. Duties will include assisting customers with their purchases and donors with their donations, answering questions, inventory organization, and pricing. This job is multi-faceted and always interesting. It will require a person that is a self-starter and can multitask effectively. The ability to work well with a wide variety of people is of utmost importance. Must be able to work in a faced paced environment with little supervision.
10. Skills Required: Good verbal skills, human relations skills, able to lift 50 lbs, basis math skills, can work an extended time on feet and able to work in a warehouse environment (no heating or cooling in the warehouse).
11. Special Instructions: This is an off-campus position. Must be eligible for the Federal Work-Study program. The Work-Study Referral form can be picked up at the Student Financial Aid Office in Clifton Robinson Tower.
