Login to the E-Bill System to access your bill and pay with electronic check or credit card.

In our upgraded E-Bill System, your eStatement displays in a new window. This lets you choose whether to keep your bill available for viewing while you navigate throughout the rest of the system. In order to view your eStatement in the E-Bill System, you will need to Allow Pop-ups from

While Baylor can't know exactly what setting on your computer could be blocking pop-ups, we have provided some helpful links below.

IE Internet Explorer

If using Internet Explorer (depending on the version):

  • Click the Tools icon (looks like a gear) or from the menu bar select Tools, then Internet Options.
  • On the Privacy tab, under Pop-up Blocker, click Settings.
  • Type and click Add.
  • Click Close, then click OK.

ipad     iphone   iPhone/iPad (Safari)

If using Safari on an iPhone/iPad:

  • Open the Settings app.
  • Scroll down and tap Safari.
  • Scroll down and turn off Block Pop-ups.

Firefox Mozilla Firefox

If using Firefox (depending on the version):

  • Click the Menu icon (looks like 3 bars) or from the menu bar select Tools, then Options.
  • On the Content tab, next to Block pop-up windows, click Exceptions.
  • Type and click Allow.
  • Click Close, then click OK.

Safari Safari

If using Safari on a desktop/laptop (depending on the version):

  • From the menu bar, click Edit, then Block Pop-Up Windows.
  • If the menu bar is not in view, click the settings button at the top right and select Show Menu Bar.
Note: In Safari, if you see a checkmark next to ’Block Pop-Up Windows,’ then pop-ups will be blocked for all websites. If this box is not checked, then pop-ups will not be blocked for any website.

Google Chrome Google Chrome

If using Google Chrome (depending on the version):

  • Select the Menu icon (looks like 3 bars) on the far right side of your screen.
  • Choose Settings.
  • Choose Show Advanced Settings (at the bottom of the page).
  • Under Privacy, click Content settings.
  • Scroll down to the Pop-ups settings and click Manage exceptions.
  • Type and then choose OK twice.

You also may want to check to see if you have an additional toolbar that is blocking pop-ups, such as a Yahoo or Google toolbar.

Authorized Users: If you are still experiencing difficulty accessing the bill, you may want to ask your student for help changing the settings on your computer.
