View Your E-Bill

Login to the E-Bill site to access your bill and pay with electronic check or credit card.

In our upgraded E-Bill site, your bill displays in a new window. This improvement allows you to navigate throughout the rest of the system and lets you choose to keep your E-Bill available for viewing. Before viewing your E-Bill in the new system for the first time, you will need to choose to Always Allow Pop-ups from

While there’s no way for Baylor to know exactly what setting on your computer could be blocking your pop-ups, we have provided what help we can below.

IE Internet Explorer

If using Internet Explorer (depending on the version):

  • From the menu bar, select Tools, then Internet Options.
  • On the Privacy tab, under Pop-up Blocker, click Settings.
  • Type and click Add.
  • Click Close, then click OK.

Firefox Mozilla Firefox

If using Firefox (depending on the version):

  • From the menu bar, select Tools, then Options.
  • On the Content tab, next to Block pop-up windows, click Exceptions.
  • Type and click Allow.
  • Click Close, then click OK.

Safari Safari

If using Safari (depending on the version):

  • From the menu bar, click Edit, then Block Pop-Up Windows.
  • If the menu bar is not in view, click the settings button at the top right and select Show Menu Bar.
Note: In Safari, if you see a checkmark next to ’Block Pop-Up Windows,’ then pop-ups will be blocked for all websites. If this box is not checked, then pop-ups will not be blocked for any website.

Google Chrome Google Chrome

If using Google Chrome (depending on the version):

  • Select the Menu icon on the far right hand side of your screen   Google Menu Icon
  • Choose Settings
  • Choose Show Advanced Settings (at the bottom of the page)
  • Under Privacy, click Content settings
  • Scroll down to the Pop-ups settings and click Manage exceptions
  • Type and then choose OK twice.

You also may want to check to see if you have an additional toolbar that is blocking pop-ups, such as a Google toolbar.
