Complete Financial Settlement?

Tuition Refund Insurance Plan

Must be completed by
Due Date on your E-Bill

Reminder: To guarantee your place in the 2012 freshman class, you must settle your bill and confirm attendance by the due date on your E-Bill. The payment due date is very important to meet. You are placing both your housing and your class schedule at risk by failing to meet this deadline. If full payment or the minimum amount due is not received by the due date on your E-Bill both your housing assignment and your class schedule may be cancelled.

Financial settlement is the final step of registration that begins when the bill is sent
for a new term. There are two steps: confirm attendance and pay semester bill.

  1. CONFIRM ATTENDANCE online even if you have a zero or credit balance.
In BearWeb choose >Student Services & Financial Aid >Cashier
    >Confirm Your Attendance
  2. PAY total amount due or minimum amount due (first installment plan payment) online. If you have unsatisfied Financial Aid documents, your aid may not appear on your bill. Be prepared to pay your fall bill or your first installment because there may not be ample time to process unsatisfied documents
before your bill is due. If payment is not received by the due date on your
E-Bill both your housing assignment and your class schedule may be cancelled.

Dates to Remember:

• Payment Due Date - contingent upon date of registration
Please see your E-Bill for due date

• August 15 - If set up for direct deposit, financially settled, and financial aid applied,
funds should arrive in your designated bank account.

• August 15 - Begin requesting refund checks and/or limited cash.

• August 20 - Classes begin

• August 31 - Last day to reduce meal plan.
