Spring semester bills will be available online December 2nd if you were registered by November 30th. As long as you were registered by November 30th, a paper bill will also be mailed to your student home address in BearWeb. If you register after November 30th, a paper bill will not be mailed and your E-bill will be available online the next business day.
- CONFIRM ATTENDANCE online even if you have a zero or credit balance.
In BearWeb choose >Student Services & Financial Aid >Cashier
>Confirm Your Attendance
- PAY total amount due or minimum amount due (first installment plan payment)
A late payment fee will be charged if financial settlement is not completed by the due date. Please make sure your payment is received by the Cashier's Office to avoid the late fee.
If these two steps are not completed by the due date on your E-Bill, you risk
cancellation of your class schedule.
Dates to Remember: December 20 - Payment Due Date
Late payment fee - $100
January 8 - If financially settled, and financial aid applied:
Funds should arrive in your designated bank account, if set up for direct deposit.
Or begin requesting refund checks and/or limited cash.
January 13 - First day of classes
Late registration fee - $100 beginning January 13.
January 24 - Last day to cancel or reduce meal plan.
