Spring Financial Settlement

Payment Option
To enroll in the Installment Plan, pay the Minimum Amount Due by the due date. Where do I find my Minimum Amount Due?

Must be completed by
Due Date on your E-Bill

Spring semester bills can be viewed in the E-Bill System the next business day after your register for classes; a paper bill will not be mailed.

Financial settlement is the final step of registration.
There are two steps: confirm attendance and pay semester bill.

  1. CONFIRM ATTENDANCE online even if you have a zero or credit balance.
In BearWeb choose >Student Financial Services >Student Account
    >Confirm Your Attendance
  2. PAY total amount due or minimum amount due (first installment plan payment)
    online.

A late payment fee will be charged if financial settlement is not completed by the Due Date. Please make sure your payment is received by the Cashier's Office to avoid the late fee.

If these two steps are not completed by the due date on your E-Bill, you risk
cancellation of your class schedule.

Dates to Remember:

• Payment Due Date - contingent upon date of registration
Please see your E-Bill for due date.
• Late payment fee - $100

• January 7 - If financially settled, and financial aid applied:
Funds should arrive in your designated bank account, if set up for direct deposit.
Or begin requesting refund checks and/or limited cash.

• January 12 - First day of classes
