Baylor Nursing School Buys East Dallas building
On Tuesday, May 20, the Executive Board of the Baptist General Convention of Texas met and unanimously approved the sale of the Convention’s Dallas facility. The Baylor University Board of Regents approved the purchase of the facility at a special called meeting on May 16. The future home of LHSON will be a 100,000 square foot facility, located at 333 N. Washington Avenue in Dallas.

Baylor Regents Approve Formation of College of Health and Human Sciences

Baylor’s Accelerated Nursing Program in Dallas Equips Students, Addresses Workforce Shortage
WACO, Texas (May 7, 2014) – “You can do anything for a year.” That’s the adage adopted by students enrolled in Baylor University’s Louise Herrington School of Nursing’s 12-month accelerated baccalaureate nursing program, known as FastBacc. In just three semesters – summer, fall and spring – students earn 62 credit hours and leave as registered nurses.
