After months of negotiations, rumors, reports, and wild speculation amid the apparently inevitable demise of the Big 12 Conference, Baylor Athletic Director Ian McCaw spoke with ESPN1660's David Smoak in his weekly radio segment about the sudden turn of events that have brought the remaining nine league members together to strengthen and stabilize the conference for the long-term.
