Mail Center

Products and Services

The Baylor Mail Center provides an array of services for students, faculty, staff and auxilary service providers serving the Baylor University community. These services enable our campus community to contact family, friends, alumni and prospective students in a productive and cost efficient manner.  The Mail Center, located in the Bill Daniel Student Union Building (SUB) offers many of the same services found at a United States Postal Systems Post Office.

The Mail Center currently accepts cash, checks, Master Card, Visa, Discover and Bear Bucks. There is a $3.00 minimum on all credit/debit card transactions.  This does not apply to Bear Bucks.

Monday - Friday, 7:30 am to 5:30 pm

9/7/09 Labor Day - CLOSED

Saturday, 9:00 am to 11:00 am

11/26-28/09 Thanksgiving - CLOSED

Closed Sunday

12/24/09 to 1/1/10 Winter Break - SERVICE WINDOW CLOSED

 Bear Place Box Delivery Expectations

All properly addressed student, faculty, and staff mail and/or parcels are processed and available each day by 11:00 am. All USPS trackable mail requiring a signature is processed by 11:00 am. All trackable mail from carriers other than USPS is processed and available within (2) hours of receipt at the Mail Center. Campus Mail is processed the same day it is received. All misdirected mail is processed by the end of each business day.

Mail Services does not accept mail containing hazardous materials, chemicals or any living organism.  We reserved the right to refuse packages that are questionable in nature.  Please call the Mail Services Manager if you have specific questions related to this policy.
