Event Hightlights
Throughout the year, the HRC hosts regular events open to all students in the Honors College, as well as a lecture series open to the entire Baylor community. In addition, the dean of the Honors College brings to campus numerous other speakers for smaller lectures often delivered in the HRC.
Honors Residential College Lecture Series

The HRC Lecture Series is designed as a forum for Honors College students, along with other interested faculty, staff, and students, to engage questions at the intersections of academic concern and cultural life. Art and politics, science and spirituality -- to borrow from the title of the inaugural lecture in September 2004 (itself a reference to
The Matrix) -- it is the questions that drive our interest. Each lecture is conducted on-site in the Alexander Reading Room or in Memorial Drawing Room.
