The askHR customer service center will be closed on the afternoon of September 30, 2011 (Friday) from 12 noon until 5:00 p.m. for HR development. While our goal is to minimize askHR customer service center closures, we will occasionally need to close for routine system maintenance, monthly staff meetings and trainings. All voice messages received during closures will be returned promptly on Monday, October 3rd, when business will resume as normal at 8:00 a.m.
Notices of closure will be posted on our self-service website at least 24 hours prior. The self-service portal (baylor.edu/hr/selfservice) allows users to search and identify solutions to HR questions from work, home, or even while you are on vacation through the ease of internet access and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
