Staff Performance Appraisal & Merit Schedule

The performance appraisal and planning process will be required of employees hired or transferred into new positions according to the schedule below:


Staff hired or transferred into new positions within the following dates: Deadline to submit review to HR: Eligible for September merit increase:
Prior to February 28 June 15 - If hired since June 1 of last year, complete the appraisal for date of hire to May 31 Yes
Between March 1 and April 30 At the end of their first six months on the job Note: These employees will receive notification to begin their review process near the end of their 180 days of employment Yes
After April 30 At the end of their first six months on the job Note: These employees will receive notification to begin their review process near the end of their 180 days of employment No
