Staff Performance Appraisal & Merit Schedule

The performance appraisal and planning process will be required of employees hired or transferred into new positions according to the schedule below:


Staff hired or transferred into new positions within the following dates: Deadline to complete performance appraisal process: Eligible for September merit increase:
Prior to February 28 June 15 - If hired since June 1 of last year, complete the appraisal for date of hire to May 31. Yes
March 1 - April 30 Yes
After April 30 No
