The Honors College regrets to inform you that the week-long Renaissance Scholar Program has been canceled. In an effort to provide affordable and a greater number of options for interested students to visit Baylor University and to learn more about the Honors College, we have added additional visit opportunities with scholarship incentives to our fall and spring calendars. We encourage families to consider attending the events listed below. In addition, feel free to browse other summer programs offered at Baylor. Check back in 2016 for an updated list available online here.
The Honors College conducts information sessions for prospective students and parents in the Alexander Classroom of the Honors Residential College. These are offered from 11:15 a.m. to noon each Monday and Friday. To register for Explore Honors, simply contact Baylor's Campus Visits Office, and tell them you're interested in the Honors College!
NOTE: Explore Honors will not be conducted December 25-January 8 due to University/Honors College events and/or holidays.
Hosted during the spring semester, Baylor Premiere is an opportunity for prospective students and their parents to come to campus, meet with Baylor faculty, staff and students, and become familiar with life at Baylor. You'll also have an opportunity to attend an Honors College academic session to learn more about our four programs, meet our faculty and staff, and ask questions.
High school seniors have the opportunity to apply for these events after they have applied for admission to Baylor. These events include a scholarship incentive and offer discipline-specific opportunities to visit campus.
