The application for prospective students
will be availabe September 29, 2014.
The Honors College is comprised of two programs -- the Baylor Interdisciplinary Core and the Honors Program -- and two majors -- Great Texts and University Scholars. Entrance into the Honors College is by way of a program. See how these programs and majors compare and contrast.
Each program in the Honors College requires an application except for the Great Texts Program, which is offered as a major/minor. Learn how to select Great Texts as your major/minor below under the "Great Texts Preview" heading.
For all other Honors College programs, you MUST submit a program-specific application to be considered for entrance into that program and into the Honors College.
Applying to One Honors College Program
Once you begin a specific program's application, it must be completed in one sitting. If you close the application prior to clicking "Submit," the application will be lost and you must begin again. To ensure that you are prepared to complete the application in one sitting, review the questions for the appropriate application below.
Applying to More Than One Honors College Program
After submitting one program's application, if you wish to apply to another program, you may do so at that time or login again from this page at a later time to submit subsequent program applications. To ensure that you are prepared to complete an application in one sitting, review the application questions below.

Essays submitted on this application also will be taken into account by the Honors College Scholarship Committee if you also submit the Honors College Scholarship Application (available online in January).
NOTE: In the event the application is not submitted successfully, you will need to resubmit the application. So, be sure to save all of your answers.
