Global Mission Leadership Initiative
The vision of the Global Mission Leadership (GML) Initiative is to bring Christian leaders from around the world to Baylor to earn a master's in social work education with an emphasis on students returning to their nations to become catalysts for holistic community transformation. The program aims to educate leaders, like Joseph in the Old Testament, who carry core competencies of servant leadership, character, strategic thinking and a heart for advocacy.
Through your gift, you will contribute to Christ-centered international development through culturally informed transformational education.
Every year, hundreds of Baylor students engage in mission work around the world, many on faculty-led, discipline-specific mission trips around the globe.
These trips' destinations vary from Washington, D.C., and Haiti to Ghana, Greece, and Peru, but their results are powerfully similar - creating tangible opportunities for students to understand how they can use the knowledge and skills gained at Baylor to positively impact the world.
With your gift, you will contribute to a transformative experience.
