Track. Track & Field Sends Nine To USA Championships
Nine members of Baylor's track and field team will compete this week at the USA Outdoor Championships, Thursday through Sunday, at Drake Stadium in Des Moines, Iowa.

Baylor football was tied for first among Big 12 institutions with an Academic Progress Rate (APR) score of 962 through the 2011-12 academic season, the National Collegiate Athletics Association (NCAA) announced.
Track. Men's 4x4 Relay Takes Sixth At NCAA Championships
To close out the NCAA Outdoor Championships, the Baylor men's 4x400-meter relay quartet finished sixth in a time of 3:04.84 to claim All-American honors in the event for the 24th time in the last 25 years on Saturday at Hayward Field.

Baylor junior right-handed pitcher Dillon Newman, senior third baseman Cal Towey, senior right-handed pitcher Max Garner, senior shortstop Jake Miller and senior left-handed pitcher Crayton Bare were selected on the final day of the 2013 Major League Baseball First-Year Player Draft on Saturday.
