New Faculty/Staff Parking Permits Available for Pick-up

April 9, 2013

A new Baylor faculty and staff parking permit is being issued effective with the upcoming academic year. The new decal will be the authorized identifier of all Baylor faculty and staff vehicles on campus and will continue to be provided at no cost to faculty and staff.

The existing faculty/staff decal will remain valid through Aug. 18, 2013. However, the new faculty/staff parking permits are currently available for pick-up at Parking & Transportation Services, which is located on the first floor of Robinson Tower, and the new permits can be used immediately. Permits will continue to be available for pick-up throughout the summer. When picking up your permit, please be prepared to present your Baylor ID.

A couple of quick notes:

  • No ordering is involved, online or at the counter. Our software system has simply assigned a replacement permit for your existing faculty and staff permit.
  • You do not need to remove and return your current permits to obtain your new permits.
  • The new permits are a different style of permit and will be placed on the INSIDE of your front windshield.
  • When you pick up your permit, you will be provided with a brief pamphlet that includes additional details on the new permit and Faculty and Staff parking privileges.

If you have any questions, please call Parking & Transportation Services at Ext. PARK (7275) or e-mail us at parking@baylor.edu.
