Staff performance evaluation and planning documents covering the period of June 1, 2012-May 31, 2013 are due no later than June 14, 2013. Completion of the document and the pursuing discussion are key initial steps in the merit increase process. Therefore, it is critical that all evaluation and planning documents are completed, signed and submitted to Human Resources. Complete instructions and supplemental information are accessible on the Human Resources website.
Staff are asked to please use the current evaluation document provided on the website. To support the University's sustainability endeavors, all are encouraged to provide the original completed document in a two-sided format.
