WACO, Texas, Oct 7 (Reuters) - Dallas Federal Reserve Bank President Richard Fisher said on Friday he would not discuss monetary policy in a speech he is delivering on the benefits of free trade.

"There will be no discussion of monetary policy in this meeting," Fisher said as he began to deliver his speech at a conference at Baylor University.
