S3 Admission Requirements

Admission to S3 major: Students apply to enter the major in the spring term of the sophomore year. Applications to the program are located here.

The criteria for admittance:

1. Admission into the Hankamer Business School. This requires a minimum of a "C" in eight courses: BUS 1301, ISY 1305, QBA 2302, QBA 2305, ECO 2306, ECO 2307, ACC 2303, & ACC 2304. Transfers must meet these requirements before consideration for admission into the S3 program.

2. Completion of the application.

3. Achieving at least a "B" in MKT 3342. Interested students should take this in the sophomore year.

4. Grade Point Average: Students whose GPA meets or exceeds 3.0 are automatically accepted into the program if the first three criteria are met. Students with a 2.75-2.99 GPA will be considered for acceptance based on the first three criteria and a personal interview.
