Dr. Eileen Kwesiga is an assistant professor of management at Bryant University. Before entering academia, she had extensive experience in the corporate sector, working for such companies as Sherwin-Williams, Progressive Insurance, Lincoln Electric, and General Electric. In these organizations, she introduced enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, employing SAP, BAAN, SmartStream, and other software solutions.
Currently, she is involved in leadership, human resource management, and diversity consulting ventures in several regions of Africa. Her research, exploring cross-cultural issues and the experience of non-dominant groups in organizations, appears in the Journal of Vocational Behavior, Journal of Managerial Psychology, and others. Professor Kwesiga holds a PhD in management from the University of Texas at Arlington.
