Ronald J. Naples

Ronald J. Naples is currently the Chairman of the Governor's Working Group for Stimulus Accountability and Chief Accountability Officer for Pennsylvania's share of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. Naples was the CEO of Quaker Chemical Corporation from 1995 to 2008, and Chairman of the Board from 1997 to 2009. Previously, he was the CEO of Hunt Manufacturing Company for 13 years. A former White House Fellow, Naples served in the Ford Administration as assistant to the counselor to the president for economic affairs, Kenneth Rush, and as a special assistant to the counselor to the head of the Federal Energy Administration, Frank Zarb. Naples is a decorated U.S. Army Vietnam veteran and graduate of West Point. He earned an MBA from Harvard and a Masters of Arts in International Economic Relations from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy.
