Mark McCollum

Mr. McCollum joined Halliburton in 2003 as the Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer. In this role, he provides oversight to the company's accounting, financial reporting and performance analysis functions. Prior to joining Halliburton, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Tenneco Automotive, a $3.4 billion global automotive parts company headquartered in Lake Forest, Illinois. McCollum spent 14 years with Arthur Andersen and served as an audit and business advisory partner of the firm's worldwide partnership. McCollum is a certified public accountant in Texas and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Financial Executives International and the Institute of Management Accountants.
