Billing Process - Undergrad, Grad, & Seminary
Semester billing statements can be viewed by registered students in the E-Bill System after fees are assessed each semester. New registrants will be able to view their billing statements online beginning the business day after they register. A billing notification will be sent to both the student's Baylor email address as well as to any Authorized Users the student has designated. The billing notification will contain instructions for viewing the billing statement and fulfilling the financial obligation for the semester.
Once your billing information is available for the term, you must either pay in full or enroll in a Payment Plan.

- View your billing information in the E-Bill System and either pay in full or enroll in a payment plan.
Important Dates for Summer 2024:
- May 1 - Billing statement available in the E-Bill System for all Summer (Full Summer, Minimester, Summer I, Summer II)
- May 31 - Due Date* (All Summer)
- May 28 - Refund processing begins for Full Summer & Summer I (May 6 for Minimester & July 3 for Summer II) if a BankMobile (BMTX) refund preference has been selected in BearWeb. All students should log in to bearweb.baylor.edu, navigate to "Student Financial Resources" and then click on "Student Refunds." From there, students will need to select the preferred method of receiving any refunds.
- May 13 - Classes begin for Minimester
- June 3 - Classes begin for Full Summer & Summer I
- July 10 - Classes begin for Summer II
*When currently enrolled students early register for an upcoming term, their billing information will be available online at the designated billing date for the term. For those students registering after the original term bill date, the billing information and due date will be determined by the date of registration.

In order for a parent or relative to view and pay your bill or discuss your account with our office, you must designate them as an Authorized User
We are excited to announce that Baylor has recently partnered with BMTX, INC. to ensure a seamless refund process for our students. Starting on March 1, 2024, all eligible refunds on a student account will be sent to BMTX, INC. for disbursement to the student.
All students should log in to bearweb.baylor.edu, navigate to "Student Financial Resources" and then click on "Student Refunds." From there, students will need to select the preferred method of receiving any refunds.
