Entrée:
Tobacco Onion Crusted Sirloin over a Smoked Paprika Corn Sauce, Herb Roasted Chicken with Mango topping, Yukon Gold & Sweet Potato Flan with Fontina Cheese, Olive Oil sautéed Green Beans and slice of beet (both steak and chicken are 4 oz each)

Pre-plated dessert:
Dark Chocolate “Bag” filled with White Cake, Blueberry Salsa
