Baylor Faculty and Staff are encouraged to join the Wellness Department OSO Fit Program to take advantage of on-site fitness assessments, resistance training programs, and other activities.
The Personal Training program allows for one-on-one fitness training and client health improvement through education, activity, nutrition, fitness assessment, and exercise program tracking.
The largest weight-loss program in the world is based on calorie and portion control while eating regular food, exercise, and behavior modification. You can eat all the foods you love – nothing is off limits!
