Baylor University uses SmartBen™, a online benefits platform, to provide faculty and staff 24/7 access to view and manage their benefits. In November, open enrollment takes place and employees are able to enroll in or renew a plan. Outside of open enrollment, you may not change your benefits unless you experience a qualifying life event. If you experience a life event that requires you to change your benefits, you may do so within 30 days of the life event.
