Jack McAfee, History '17, presents at Africa Conference

Jack McAfee, an undergraduate history student, presented his first conference paper at the annual Africa Conference held at the University of Texas at Austin on April 1, 2017. This conference is mostly open to graduate students and university professors. Jack's paper is entitled, "The Foremost Authority on Mental Illness in the African: John Colin Carothers and Scientific Racism in the Mau Mau Uprising." He wrote this paper in Dr. Mougoué's Modern African History class in Spring 2016.
