Mark A. McCollum is Executive Vice President and Chief Integration Officer for Halliburton and is a member of the Company’s Executive Committee. Halliburton, founded in 1919, is one of the world’s largest providers of products and services to the energy industry. In this capacity, he is leading the Joint Integration Team that Halliburton and Baker Hughes Incorporated have assembled in connection with Halliburton’s pending acquisition of Baker Hughes. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2008 through 2014, and Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer from 2003 through 2007.
Prior to joining Halliburton in 2003, Mark served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Tenneco Automotive, a global automotive parts company headquartered in Lake Forest, Illinois.
Mark came to Tenneco Automotive in April, 1998 from Tenneco Inc. in Greenwich, Connecticut, where as Vice President, Corporate Development he was responsible for executing Tenneco’s strategic transaction agenda. He initially joined Tenneco in Houston, Texas in January 1995 as Vice President, Financial Analysis and Planning and added the title and responsibilities of Corporate Controller in March of that same year.
Before joining Tenneco, Mark spent 14 years with Arthur Andersen, and served as an audit and business advisory partner of the firm’s worldwide partnership from 1991 through 1994.
Mark serves on the Board of Directors for Exterran Holdings, Inc., a global provider of natural gas compression services and equipment. He is a member of the Board of Regents of Baylor University, serving as chairman of the Finance and Facilities Committee and the Endowment Investment Committee. Mark also serves on the Board of Trustees of Baylor College of Medicine, The Center Foundation, and the Advisory Board of Every Village.
He received his bachelor of business administration from Baylor University in 1980. Mark is a certified public accountant in Texas, and is a member of the AICPA, the Texas Society of CPA’s, Financial Executives International and the Institute of Management Accountants.
