Louise Herrington School of Nursing
The following are Pre-Nursing courses required prior to applying to Baylor’s Louise Herrington School of Nursing. Pre-Nursing is your starting point for becoming a nurse. Students must complete the pre-requisite nursing courses and meet GPA requirements to apply to the Louise Herrington School of Nursing. These summer bundles provide you the opportunity to lighten your academic load in coming semesters or potentially help you move to the School of Nursing in Dallas a semester early.
Core Course Bundles for Pre-Nursing
Pre-nursing students are encouraged to select one of the pre-nursing bundles below.
Note: CHE 1300 — Introduction to Chemistry has been added to the Summer II schedule. You are encouraged to substitute any other 3 hour course in the bundles listed below to give you a head start on your science courses.
Pre-Nursing Bundle 1: Same as Core Curriculum Common Course (15-hour)
Pre-Nursing Bundle 2: Core Curriculum (12-hour)
Pre-Nursing Bundle 3: (9-hour)
Pre-Nursing Bundle 4: (6-hour)
