Career Fairs

The Baylor University Career Center hosts a campus-wide career fair every Fall and Spring semester with multiple locations and employers connecting with all majors and fields of study. Career Day - Fall 2020 will be virtual in accordance with both Baylor University and CDC guidelines. It is important to remember that virtual career fairs are not new and have been occurring for a number of years. Our team is dedicated to making sure that this Virtual Career Day runs smoothly, easily, and promotes strong engagement for both employers and students.

Hosting a virtual career fair allows us to include more employers than before and offer more positions and internships to a wider array of majors. Employers will be able to chat with groups of students, individually, set-up interviews, and more. All employers that register will be promoting for the four weeks prior and post to the event on our social media and other channels.

"The Baylor Career Center makes recruiting on campus a breeze! Their communication well in advance of events, makes registration easy. The personal experience you receive the day of career fairs and on-site interviews is like no other campus. As an employer you really do receive the red carpet experience from this team"! - Paige Wiese, Northwestern Mutual
