Caring Connections

Hayes Alley is truly passionate about connecting with others because he likes to leverage connections and find ways to care for others. For Hayes, the most important thing you can do in life is to build real connections and then take the time to listen to and understand other people’s hearts. Having learned empathy while growing up in a large family, Hayes practices building caring connections in Sigma Chi and as a life group leader at a local church. He worked very diligently to build connections, albeit through a virtual work environment, during his summer sales internship at Dell Technologies.

For Hayes, the sales role is another avenue for expressing his care for others. His time in ProSales has furthered this passion for connection and Hayes has taken advantage of many events and activities to develop his networking skills. Opportunities such as Top Gun, where students meet and engage with executives, have enabled Hayes to strengthen his ability to connect with others through authentic business conversations.
