Business Negotiation Competition

The Baylor Business Negotiation Competition focuses on building negotiating skills among future business leaders. We are the only negotiation competition in the U.S. specifically for undergraduate business and communication majors.

Thanks to everyone for a successful 4th year! We had a blast and we hope you did too. Our next competition will be Friday, April 3rd, 2020.

The competition is hosted at Baylor University's Hankamer School of Business at the Paul L. Foster Campus for Business and Innovation in Waco, Texas.

Registration for the 2020 competition will open this fall

Why bring a team to the competition?

  • Students learn valuable, resume-building skills in business negotiation and conflict resolution
  • Students receive feedback from business professionals with experience and wisdom in negotiations
  • Engage with a community of faculty coaches teaching negotiation
