Location: All conference events will be held on the 5th floor of the Cashion Academic Center, which is part of the Business School complex at Baylor University in Waco, Texas. Cashion is located at the corner of 4th Street and Speight Avenue (building 47 of the Campus Map).

Driving Directions: Open the Google Driving Map, and click on "get directions to here."

Parking: This can be a problem for visitors on the Baylor campus, because most of the parking spaces require a permit, and even these spaces can be in short supply. So, we are providing several options:

  1. Visitor Parking: A small number of designated Visitors' Parking spaces are available on campus. If you arrive early, several of these are available in the outdoor lot next to the Cashion Building (lot number 36 on the Parking Map). Larger areas of Visitor Parking are available near the Weithorn Visitors Center (building 71 on the Campus Map; lot 52 on the Parking Map), and in the East Campus Parking Garage (82 on the Campus Map; 40 on the Parking Map).

  2. Temporary Permit: You can obtain a Visitors Permit by visiting the Parking Services office on the first floor of the Robinson Tower (building 80 on the Campus Map, which is a tall office building near the "University Parks" exit of Interstate 35). With a temporary permit, you can park in the Speight parking garage next to the Cashion building (50 on the Campus Map) or the large Daughtry garage that always has empty spaces (82 on the Campus Map).

  3. Campus Shuttle Service: You can park at Robinson Tower (building 80 on the Campus Map, near the "University Parks" exit of Interstate 35), where there’s usually a lot of Visitor Parking, and catch one of the regularly-scheduled Gold Route campus shuttle buses.
