Graduate MIS-5V95 If enrolled in Graduate Course, Enter Credit Hours Expected Hours/Week Please upload an unofficial or official transcript showing you meet the minimal qualifications to apply for an internship. Undergrads need to complete MIS 3301 by the time the internship begins and need a MIS GPA of 3.0 or better. Graduate students need to have completed 1 semester in the graduate program prior to the start of the internship.

Interview You will need to schedule an interview with Bud Esserman to secure approval for taking the internship course for credit. You may do this anytime during office hours.

Internship Verification Please provide correspondence from the company verifying your internship. This correspondence should include your start date, end date, and job responsibilities. You can have the company email this to Bud_Esserman@baylor.edu or you can upload the document here.

At the end of your internship you will need to:

Submit to Bud Esserman an Internship Portfolio.
Have your supervisor complete and submit a copy of the Student Evaluation Form to Bud Esserman at the end of the internship and discuss the evaluation with you.
