Daniel Mark Ogden, Esq. is an attorney at law, a licensed customs broker, and an international trade consultant. For more than 25 years, he has counseled and represented U.S. and foreign companies on international trade and business legal and regulatory issues. He also serves as a consultant to law firms and other organizations on export and import matters and frequently provides training and consulting to corporations on international trade regulatory compliance. He is a former Chair of the National District Export Council and currently is a member of the North Texas District Export Council, where he chairs the Compliance and Security Committee. He has organized and presented in numerous conferences on international trade regulation and has taught courses on international trade at several colleges and universities, including teaching a new course in Global Trade Compliance for the Baylor Hankamer School of Business. He received his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the Texas Tech University School of Law and a Masters degree in International Management from the University of Texas at Dallas Graduate School of Management. He also holds a customs broker license from U.S. Customs and Border Patrol.
