Larry J. Dagley

President of Dagley Design and Development, former Andersen partner

Mr. Dagley is currently President of Dagley Design and Development in Waco, Texas. Mr. Dagley is a former partner in the Houston office of Arthur Andersen. In addition, he has held positions as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Transco Energy Company, Pacific Enterprises and Atmos Energy.

Harold R. Cunningham

Retired partner, former CFO of Andersen

Mr. Cunningham became a CPA in 1957 and worked for Arthur Andersen for 40 years. Since first making partner in 1967, Mr. Cunningham's career spanned from heading the Houston audit division to Managing Partner of Professional Practice Litigation in Chicago to returning to Houston as senior partner. After leaving Andersen in 1997, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President for Special Projects for Baylor University until he was elected as a member of the Board of Regents in 2002.

Phil D. Wedemeyer

Director of Research for the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), former Andersen partner

Mr. Wedemeyer is Director of the Office of Research and Analysis of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board. Mr. Wedemeyer retired as a partner in Arthur Andersen in 2002 after a career of 31 years (22 years as a partner). His career with Andersen included service in the firm's Chicago world headquarters, firm-wide director of services to engineering and construction companies, member of the firm's U.S. Committee on Professional Standards and partner in charge of the Houston office. He also served as an Adjunct Professor at the Jesse H. Jones School at Rice University, teaching a graduate course in current account issues. After his retirement from Arthur Andersen and prior to joining the PCAOB, Mr. Wedemeyer served as a director of two NASDAQ companies and provided consulting services on mergers and acquisitions. Wedemeyer holds a degree in accounting from Baylor University and is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas.
