Intellectual

A person who has intellectual wellness, uses their available resources to sharpen their mind and improve their cognitive thinking skills. Some benefits of this dimension are heightened problem solving, creativity, and learning.

Resources at Baylor:

Academic Advising
Each student is assigned an academic advisor while they are at Baylor. The advisor will help students look at the different enrollment options, and provide guidance to help the student graduate.

Academic Support Programs
Provide a number of services which can help students succeed in the classroom. The following is a list of services which Academic Support Programs provide:
  Academic Counseling
  Study Strategies
  Supplemental Instruction
 
The Lariat
Stay up to date with news and current happenings with Baylor's official newspaper. The Lariat is published Tuesday through Friday during the fall and spring semesters.

How to practice Healthy Choices:

  • Go to class
  • Study
  • Don't procrastinate (get a planner)
  • Know when to ask for help
