Audio/Visual Services

Audio Visual Services is an equipment check-out service provided for the University, by the University.

The equipment is checked out to the individual person who will be responsible for its proper use, movement, transportation, and security unless other arrangements have been made. Pick-up or delivery of equipment is generally provided between the hours of 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Equipment operators will be provided for faculty and staff whenever possible, by special request.
