CHI's Service is an organization that exists to render service to the Baylor and Waco communities. Over the course of the 2010-2011 school year, the CHI'S served in over 30 separate service events in these two communities. Events included volunteering and participating in University-Wide events such as After Dark, Steppin' Out while serving in local non-profits such as the Salvation Army, Talitha Koum, and the World Hunger Relief Farm. At the end of March, the CHI'S hosted their own campus wide event to support the literacy program put on by Talitha Koum.

The scope of the CHI'S involvement in service, in conjunction with their commitment to serving faithfully and excellently, stands as a preeminent example of the power of a student organization to make an impact in the lives of both the Baylor and Waco communities.
