What we do: We go to Garden Clubs at Waco elementary schools and work with children as they learn about gardening, caring for the environment, and where their food comes from. We also go to the World Hunger Relief Farm and volunteer with whatever they need help with there. These tasks sometime include: weeding, planting, watering, moving compost, or painting.

Why we do it: You [God] made humans ruler over the works of your hands; you put everything under our feet: All flocks and herds, and the beasts of the field, the birds of the air, and the fish of the sea, all that swim the paths of the seas, Ps 8:6-8. We are stewards of God's creation. Serving in Garden Club and at the World Hunger Relief Farm is just a simple way to do this. As a team we seek to serve the Waco community through giving of our time and skills to God's Kingdom. We care for the environment, individual people, and our community as a whole.
