Biography

Reggie Joiner is founder and CEO of Orange, an organization that helps churches and parents maximize their influence on the next generation. Orange (www.whatisorange.org) designs curriculum and resources for preschoolers, elementary, teenagers, college students and families. Reggie is also primary architect of the Orange Conference and Orange Tour, providing training for thousands of pastors, leaders, and volunteers.

As one of the founding pastors (along with Andy Stanley) of North Point Community Church in Alpharetta, Georgia, Reggie saw the church grow into one of the nation's ten largest faith communities. During eleven years with North Point, Reggie shattered traditional concepts of ministry and reset the expectations for how churches make a difference for families. He also joined with Andy Stanley, John Maxwell and Lanny Donoho to create the Catalyst Conference, which attracts over thirteen thousand young leaders each year.
