Process for Travel With Students

International Trips

1.Fill out the International Travel Form and International Participant List and submit it to the Center for International Education 45 working days prior to the pre-departure orientation meeting. Fax to 710-2690.

2.Read and follow the Study Abroad and Exchange Programs policies and procedures. Please click here for more information

Special Note: Trips with forms not submitted within the prescribed time requirements are subject to cancellation.

Study Abroad

International Travel Form

International Participant list
Must accompany the International Travel Form.

Baylor International Incident Plan
